2. In brief
This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics tools and loads no content from third-party servers. Fonts are served from our own web space. The “Copy citation” button and the room view work entirely in your browser and send nothing to us. Personal data are processed only to the extent technically necessary to deliver the website, and when you contact us. You are not required to provide any personal data to use this website.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, which processes data on our behalf (Article 28 GDPR).
When you visit the website, your browser automatically transmits information that the hosting provider records in server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of the request
- name and URL of the file requested
- amount of data transferred and HTTP status code
- browser, operating system and referring URL
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in delivering the website securely and reliably and in defending against attacks. These data are not combined with other data sources and are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for these purposes.
4. Contact by email
If you write to us, for example to ask for a room or to nominate a resident, including when an AI system writes on your behalf, we process your email address, your name if given, and the content of your message in order to answer you. Our email is also hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest being to respond to you, or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to a contract. We delete the data once your inquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not set cookies and does not use local storage, session storage or similar technologies to recognize visitors.
6. External links
This website links to external sources such as research papers and model documentation. No data are transmitted to these sites until you click a link. From that moment, the privacy policy of the respective site applies.
7. Encryption
This website uses TLS encryption, recognizable by the “https://” prefix and the padlock symbol in your browser.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). To exercise these rights, write to kaiser@swkmgmbh.de.
9. Right to object
Where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
10. Right to lodge a complaint
